Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 23, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of 123driverguide.cc (the “site”), run by 123 Drivers Guide (“we”, “us”). Using the site means you accept them; if you don’t, please don’t use it.
2. What the site is — and isn’t
The site offers general educational information about common computer and household-appliance repairs, typical costs and sensible consumer habits. It is not professional, technical, legal or financial advice, and it can’t diagnose your particular device or appliance.
We don’t carry out repairs; we don’t employ, recommend, vet, license or rate technicians or repair businesses; and we don’t give quotes. Any agreement you make with a repair business is between you and that business.
3. Prices and the estimator
The price ranges in the Fair Pricing Guide and the Repair Cost Estimator are indicative United States figures drawn from third-party cost guides. They are for general comparison only — not quotes or offers — and may not match prices in your area, for your model or at the time you read them. Your actual cost depends on the diagnosis, parts, labour rates, location and more. Always get a written quote from the repairer.
4. Safety
Repairs can involve electric shock, fire, flooding, pressurised refrigerant and heavy lifting. Our guides only suggest simple checks that don’t involve opening anything. Don’t attempt electrical, gas, refrigerant, sealed-system or circuit-board work yourself — use a suitably qualified professional and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Doing your own repairs may also affect a manufacturer’s warranty.
5. Using the site properly
Please don’t try to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the site, send spam or unlawful material through the contact form, or scrape content in a way that puts unreasonable load on the site.
6. Our content
The text, illustrations, design and code belong to 123 Drivers Guide or its licensors. You’re welcome to read and print pages for personal, non-commercial use and to share links. Please don’t republish substantial parts without permission. Brand names mentioned belong to their owners and are used only to identify products.
7. Links to other sites
We link to other websites, including our price sources. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.
8. Accuracy and availability
We try to keep everything accurate and current, but we can’t promise the content is complete, up to date or error-free, or that the site will always be available. We may change or remove content at any time.
9. Liability
As far as the law allows, 123 Drivers Guide isn’t liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site — including decisions about repairs, technicians or purchases. The site is free and provided “as is” and “as available”. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. They are governed by the law applicable where 123 Drivers Guide is established, without affecting mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
