1. About this policy

This policy describes how 123 Drivers Guide (“we”, “our”), which runs the website 123driverguide.cc, handles personal information. The site is purely informational: there are no accounts, no purchases and no payments.

2. The short version

• You can read every page without telling us anything about yourself.
• We don’t use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tags, social-media widgets, or fonts and scripts from other websites.
• We only receive personal information if you send a message through the contact form, plus the basic technical data any web server handles when delivering a page.
• We never sell your information or share it for advertising.

3. What we collect

Messages you send us

The contact form asks for your name, email address, a topic and your message; we also record when it was sent. To stop abuse, our server briefly uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions — it is not saved with your message.

Technical data

When a page loads, our web server and hosting provider receive standard technical details such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. These are used to deliver pages, keep the site secure and fix faults, and the hosting provider may keep them for a limited time under its own policy.

The hiring checklist and cost estimator work entirely inside your browser. Nothing you tick or select is sent to us or kept after you leave.

4. Why we use it

• To read and answer your message (our legitimate interest in responding, or steps you’ve asked us to take).
• To protect the site against spam and misuse (legitimate interests).
• To meet legal obligations where they apply.

We don’t profile you, make automated decisions about you, or add you to any mailing list.

5. Cookies and tracking

123 Drivers Guide sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels (Microsoft Advertising UET included), session recording or similar tracking. If that ever changes we’ll update this policy before the tool goes live and, where the law requires, ask for your consent first.

6. Who else sees it

We don’t sell or rent personal information. It may be processed, under suitable contractual terms, by the companies that work for us: our website host (Vercel) and our email delivery provider (Resend), which forwards contact-form messages to our support inbox. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

7. How long we keep it

Messages are kept only as long as needed to reply and deal with any follow-up; we aim to delete them within 12 months of our last exchange. Spam is deleted. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.

8. Security

The site is served only over HTTPS and messages are stored on access-restricted systems. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through the form.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to or limit how we use it. Residents of certain US states (for example California) and of the UK and EU have specific rights under local law. To make a request, contact us through our contact form (choose “Privacy request” as the topic). You won’t be treated differently for using these rights, and you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

10. Children

The site is meant for adults and isn’t aimed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children; if you think a child has written to us, let us know and we’ll delete it.

We’ll update this policy when the site or our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
